Airwolf 3D is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative who will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate with be comfortable making dozens of calls and e-mails per day, following up on leads, qualifying prospective leads, and closing sales. Our Sales Representative will work closely with our Sales Manager and executive team. This is a full-time position with a base salary of $48,000 + monthly commission – with no cap on earnings.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
• Follows up with previous customers to evaluate current needs
• Understand customer needs, requirements and be an efficient negotiator
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Process sales orders
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand database of prospects
• Sell Airwolf 3D printers, extended service plans and consumables
• Respond to request for quotations by providing pricing and lead times
• Develop customer relationships including addressing customer technical issues, providing feedback on in-process orders and follow-up on quotes
• Represent company at trade shows
• Provide in-house product training

Minimum Qualifications

• At minimum should have an Associates Degree – a Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Proven B2B inside sales experience
• Proficient in Google Suite – Gmail, Sheets and Docs
• Experience using and/or selling 3D printers or similar industry a plus
• Experience with 3D printing and CAD

Airwolf 3D is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Inventory and Purchasing Clerk who will play a fundamental role in ordering inventory and revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate with be comfortable identifiying parts, ordering inventory and accounting for all transactions. If you enjoy building relationships and ordering complicated components, please contact us for consideration! Our Inventory clerk will work closely with our R& D and assembly team. This is a full-time position with an hourly wage of $15 – 23 hr.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions

• Perform a physical inventory on all finished goods, including service items, on the last workday of each month. 
• Review and make all inventory adjustments, including correcting any negative on hand quantities. 
• Ensure that all cycle counts of raw inventory have been performed within the last 2 weeks of the month and all adjustments have been made, including correcting any negative on hand quantities. 
• Enter the quantity of each of the WIP Printers
• Run report in Quickbooks – Reports/Inventory/Inventory Valuation Summary
• Review Data:
  1. Verify that there are no negative On Hand quantities. 
  2. Verify any $0 Avg Cost inventory items and correct if needed 
     1. For items with a cost less than $0.005, report will show $0.00
     2. No Assembly item should show $0 for Avg. Cost. Update cost and/or enter BOM for the item, even if the inventory shows none on hand. 
  3. Scan Avg Cost to make sure amounts look correct, especially ones with a higher than expected cost. 
  4. Scan On-Hand quantities to make sure quantities look correct, especially ones with a higher than expected on hand quantity or one with a decimal place to ensure it is correct
  5. Compare the Total Inventory Value for the month to the prior month. If there is more than a 20% change, compare to verify the main differences to ensure there are no errors. 

Minimum Qualifications

• At minimum should have an Associates Degree
• Proven electronic, manufacturing or assemly experience
• Proficient in Google Suite – Gmail, Sheets and Docs
• Must have experience with Quickbooks Enterprise Edition
• Experience with 3D printing or CAD is a plus
• Spanish is a plus
