Return Policy
AIRWOLF 3D accepts returns on a very limited basis. All products have a 14-day return policy. Within 14 days of purchase, you are welcome to return or exchange any item you find to be faulty. After 14 days of purchase, returns will not be accepted. All shipping costs associated with the order are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Read More.
Warranty
All of our new 3D printers come with a 12-month warranty and 6 months of unlimited 3D printer tech support. The warranty covers the cost of replacement parts and labor for repairs at our facility. View Full Limited Warranty Policy.

Demo Units
All demo units are previously owned. These units have been fully inspected and tested by our Airwolf 3D technicians. Demo machines are supported with a 3-month warranty and tech support service. All sales are final and printers are sold as is.
